Returns and Refunds


We take every care to ensure all of our products reach you in perfect condition.  However, should you not be satisfied due to the product being damaged, faulty or not the item purchased, then please contact us via email and inform us of your intention to return the product.  Please Note: We must be notified via email of items being returned within 7 days of receipt – 48 hours in the case of damaged items.  You must receive an authorisation email from us before returning the product. We must then receive the item within 14 days.

Please email us using the “Contact Us ” link on the main page.  You will need to provide product details, a description of the fault and your preference for a refund or replacement.

Personalised and engraved products can only be returned if found to be damaged.

If it is authorised to return the item purchased, it is your responsibility to ensure that the item is suitably re-packaged and returned to the address on the packaging.  You are responsible for the item until it is received.  Please Note: That unless the item is being returned due to damage, fault or being incorrect from that ordered, we do not cover the cost of you returning products.We would strongly suggest you consider recorded delivery or at the very least obtain a (FREE) proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for goods that we don't receive.

Once we have received and inspected the item, we will contact you to confirm our findings and arrange a refund or order a replacement where applicable.

We aim to keep this procedure as straight forward as possible.  We will attend to all returns as soon as is practically feasible and do our utmost to make the process as simple and stress-free as we can.


All refunds will be processed to the original card / PayPal account used for the purchase transaction.  Refunds will only be made subject to our terms and conditions.
Please note: We do not refund personalised items because they are bespoked to the customers requirements. A refund will be processed if the personalised item is damaged or wrongly personalised.
